2. PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
3.1. Purchases can be picked up at our stores at no additional cost.
3.2. Orders placed before 2:00 PM via WhatsApp can be delivered the same day within the City of Buenos Aires, with an additional cost.
3.3. Shipments to Greater Buenos Aires and the rest of the country are made through a Courier (Last Mile Company) within 1 to 7 days from the date of purchase.
3.4. International shipments are made through DHL.
4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
4.1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order. The product must be in its original, unused condition.
4.2. Refunds will be processed once we have received and verified the returned products.
